Terms of Agreement for Email Communications

By clicking the "Submit" button, you (the "User") agree to the following terms and conditions with Georgian Bay DJ Collective (hereinafter referred to as "GBDJC") and its partner organizations (hereinafter referred to as "Partners") in relation to receiving email communications:

The User voluntarily and expressly consents to receive email communications from GBDJC and its Partners. These email communications may include, but are not limited to, newsletters, updates, promotional materials, event invitations, announcements, and other relevant information related to the sports and recreation activities, services, and events.

Scope of Email Communications:

GBDJC and its Partners shall only send email communications that are relevant to the electronic music activities, services, and events offered by them. The User understands that they may unsubscribe from these email communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the emails.

Data Privacy and Protection:

GBDJC and its Partners are committed to protecting the User's personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

Frequency and Delivery:

GBDJC and its Partners shall make reasonable efforts to send email communications at appropriate intervals, ensuring that the frequency of communications is not unduly burdensome for the User. The User acknowledges that occasional delays or technical issues may occur, and GBDJC and its Partners shall not be liable for such occurrences.

Third-Party Disclosure:

GBDJC and its Partners will not sell, rent, or lease the User's email address or personal information to third parties. Email communications will be sent directly from GBDJC or its Partners or through a reputable email marketing platform.

Modification of Communication Preferences:

The User may update their communication preferences or withdraw their consent to receive email communications at any time by contacting GBDJC or its Partners directly. Additionally, unsubscribe links will be provided in each email communication for the User's convenience.

Disclaimer of Liability:

GBDJC and its Partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to the use or non-use of the email communications, including but not limited to any losses or damages arising from the User's reliance on the information contained in the email communications.

Entire Agreement:

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the User and GBDJC and its Partners concerning email communications and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether oral or written.
